Testing Procedures Completion
BWC Testing Completion is the final step of testing between direct-filing Trading Partners and/or EDI Transaction Partners and BWC. During this step direct-filing Trading Partners and/or EDI Transaction Partners will be given formal approval by BWC to proceed with its system updates to their respective production environments. Additional test cycles will need to be conducted if direct-filing Trading Partners and/or EDI Transaction Partners are unable to meet the new business requirements. Direct-filing Trading Partners and/or EDI Transaction Partners will not be allowed to submit EDI transaction files in production to BWC if these business requirements are not met.
During the testing period all EDI Transaction Partners will verify that each Trading Partner is able to meet the requirements set forth within the updated BWC Claims EDI Implementation Guide. Direct filing Trading Partners will complete their own verification to meet the requirements set forth within the updated BWC Claims EDI Implementation Guide.
