IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Course Overview

• Introduction To the Lab Environment Instructor-Led Introduction to the Training VM environment
• The instructor will walk the trainees through the steps to successfully connect to an SI B2B Integrator VM and the lab environment.
• The instructor will provide an overview of the course and set some expectations about how the training will be conducted.
• Overview of IBM B2B Integrator UI Interface
• After the trainee has access to the lab environment, then all the lab and training exercises can start.

Lesson 1 Part 1: Instructor-Led Overview of the Map Editor

• Use the Map Wizard to create a map.
• Activate groups, segments, and elements within the map.
• Develop a file layout using the Map Editor.
• Discuss the concept and application of Graphical Analysis Planning (GAP).
• Explain simple links, standard rules, and extended rules in mapping.
• Outline the steps to save, compile, analyze, and check in the map.
• Generate Data Definition Files for the map you've developed.
